This policy explains what furscopes.com collects and what happens to it. We have tried to describe what the site actually does, rather than what a template would say.
The most important thing: the details you type into the quiz — your pet's name, species and birthday, and your own birthday — are sent to generate your reading and are not stored by us. There is no user account, no pet database, and no profile kept about you.

We do not ask for your name, address, or phone number. We never see or store your payment card details.
3. Who we share it with
- Groq — our language-model provider. It receives your pet's name, species, star signs and quiz-derived traits in order to write the reading. It does not receive your email address.
- Paddle.com — our reseller and Merchant of Record for purchases. Paddle collects the payment and billing details it needs, under its own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics 4 — usage measurement.
- Cloudflare — hosting and delivery. It processes IP addresses as part of serving and protecting the site.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or ad targeting.
4. Cookies
The site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to measure usage. We also store your light/dark theme choice in your browser's local storage — that never leaves your device.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, or use Google's opt-out add-on; the site works normally either way.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to its processing.
In practice, the only personal data we hold about you is your waitlist email address, if you gave one. To have it deleted, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] from that address and we will remove it — no verification hoops.
For payment and billing data, Paddle is the controller; requests about that data should go to Paddle, and we will help you reach them.
6. International transfers
We operate from the Republic of Korea and our service providers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your country. We only use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
7. Children
Furscopes is not directed at children. Please don't use it if you are under 16, and don't enter a child's personal information into it.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Because we don't keep quiz inputs and don't hold accounts or card data, there is very little about you for us to lose. No system is perfectly secure, but we have kept the amount of data we hold deliberately small.
9. Changes
We'll update this page when the site changes, and the date at the top will tell you when. If a change materially affects you, we'll make it obvious.
